We would like to become a meeting point of SI Alumni, students, young experts, professionals and academics, and make them inter-connect by means of networking.

The Boundaries are blurring between Nonprofits, Social Enterprises, Governments, Corporations and Business.

Extra- and just ordinary people come up with brilliant ideas and against all the odds succeed at creating new products and services that dramatically improve people’s lives.

Social Entrepreneurship nowadays spans civil, social, political and economic spheres.

Social entrepreneurship signals the imperative to drive social change, and it is this potential payoff, with its lasting, transformational benefit to society, on which we focus during the SI event.

Creativity in terms of idea production, management and sustainability is inevitable to all human activities. Straddling these two notions should produce a very appealing opportunity to consider both theory and practice during this event.

Awakening Creativity: we examine the concept of creativity, elaborate diverse creative processes, and demonstrate creative behaviors.

Entrepreneurial Opportunity: we examine how context frames opportunity, understand how one can relate to these contextual variations, and demonstrate adaptive skills.

We focus on NGO sector, marketing, responsible business and the role of the state.

We see culture as a tool for introducing social change.

We want to gain new skills to strengthen our local and international creative activities.
